Fixed-fee means you know the total cost of your legal service upfront, before any work begins. No hourly billing surprises. The price you see is the price you pay for the defined scope of work.
We offer fixed-fee services where possible.
If additional work is required beyond the fixed-fee scope — for example, if further disclosure is needed for a consent order application — additional work is charged at $300 per hour. We will always discuss this with you before any additional costs are incurred.
We provide advice on all areas of family law such as separation, divorce, property settlements, parenting arrangements and incidental matters including family violence retraining orders and child support. We generally do not litigate parenting matters, as we specialise in property matters.
