$600
If you are planning to mediate, or negotiate informally with your ex-partner, and would like strategic advice about your specific legal matter, with recommendations for how to resolve your legal issues, this appointment will ensure you are informed before starting the process. *Conditions apply. Not available for asset pools with complex asset structures such as trusts, companies and businesses, unless you have a current financial valuation for these entities. Not available for matters that are already going through the Family Court, or that have previously been through the Family Court.
$300
For existing clients or those whose matters have been ongoing for some time. This appointment is limited to what can be discussed in the appointment time.
Fixed-fee means you know the total cost of your legal service upfront, before any work begins. No hourly billing surprises, no unexpected invoices. The price you see is the price you pay for the defined scope of work.
If additional work is required beyond the fixed-fee scope — for example, if further disclosure is needed for a consent order — additional work is charged at $300 per hour. We'll always discuss this with you before any additional costs are incurred.
We handle property settlements, parenting matters (custody and access), and Family Violence Restraining Orders (FVROs). Our initial consultation covers any of these areas.
Start with a $250 phone consultation — 45 minutes of advice on your parenting or property matter.
